A3: We offer 3-5 years warranty for Nationstar Golden Wire Lamp, 2 years warranty for Kinglight Lamp and Nationstar Coppper Wire Lamp. Our modules have endures high&low temperature test and have 100000hours life span. During the warranty period ,we can offer you related after-sales service. Our professional engineering team are ready for your question during 7:00-23:00.
Q4: What do you mean that your products are of high quality?
A4: Royal Display Technology has two factories. Each factory manufactures LED modules under strict and scientific management. In our workshop, we have personnel of full time who dedicates in quality check at the end of every step. Not all the LED manufacturers would do that. Our company has been certified by CCC, FCC, RoHS, CE, EMC and ETL. Our LED modules also meet the standard of CCC, FCC, RoHS, CE and etc.
Q5: Is it available to print customer required logo on your led product?
A5: Surely it is .Please inform and confirm the logo design details with our team ahead of the production. Then, we will follow your requirements.
