HT60-156M/HT60-156M(V) series Monocrystalline Modules are composed of 60 pcs Full-cut mono perc cells, and it can match different output such as 300W/305W/310W/315W/320W. Moreover all the modules are sorted and packaged by amperage, reducing mismatch losses and maximizing system output, and they are Microcrack resistant, Ammonia/Salt mist corrosion resistant, PID resistant, etc. It can be up to 19.7% module efficiency, and it is usually suitable for Asia and Africa market.

I-V Curves

The production process of a PERC battery includes depositing a passivation layer on the back side and then opening to form a back contact. These are two more important steps than the conventional Monocrystalline Module production process. In addition, the edge isolation step based on the chemical wet table needs to be adjusted slightly for back polishing. In other words, the suede pyramid structure on the back of the silicon wafer needs to be eroded away. The degree of polishing varies depending on the technology selected. Therefore, both passivation film deposition equipment and film opening equipment (both laser and chemical etching can be used) require additional processing equipment on the traditional battery production line. For the production line of the laser edge isolation treatment process with less application, a chemical wet worktable needs to be added for back polishing.
