PRODUCT DETAILS

Steel fiber high-strength wear-resistant castable is the refractory castable which can improve its strength after adding fiber into refractory castable. It is a refractory product prepared by using first-class high-alumina bauxite
as aggregate, first-class high-quality high-alumina bauxite clinker and corundum fine powder as matrix, pure calcium aluminates cement as binder, ultrafine powder as additive, and adding specified amount of heat-resistant
stainless steel fiber.

Practice has proved that adding 1%-5% heat-resistant steel fiber in any refractory castable can achieve the effect of strengthening and toughening. However, the melting temperature
and critical oxidation temperature of refractory steel fiber are low, so it is not suitable to be used at high temperature. Otherwise, due to the melting and oxidation of steel fibers, the organizational structure of refractory
castables will be damaged or destroyed, resulting in a decline in the service life of kilns or thermal equipment. That is to say, no matter how high the service temperature of refractory castable is, the service temperature
of castable is generally 1000℃-1200℃ after adding heat-resistant steel fiber.

It is characterized by good volume stability, high strength, good wear resistance, thermal shock resistance, erosion resistance, no cracking and no peeling.

Application: Because of its high strength and integrity, it is widely used in power industry. The cyclone separator of circulating fluidized bed boiler, dense phase area of furnace, furnace
mouth, water and cold air chamber, slag cooler, feeder, ignition air duct, etc.
