1. Body –Thick and heavy lock body is made of iron, with painted or nickel plating, Plastic coated. PVC color can be different, you may choose Blue, Yellow, Red or others.
2. Shackle– This is long shackle waterproof padlock series, Hardened steel or steel shackle, electrophoretic coating, two rubber seals on shackles to prevent from water and dust going into the shackle hole. Shackles have different lengths and diameter, so a possible fit for almost any application is assured.
Shackle height clearance and wide clearance and shackle diameter of this long shackle waterproof padlock, see below sheet of production specification for reference.
3. Cylinder – brass, anti-rust, is protected with a cap.
4. Pins – brass, high precision, 5 pin cylinder or 6 pin cylinder ensures that the lock is resistant to forced picking.

6. Locking mechanism– This Long shackle waterproof padlock have double latches, brass material. Double latches with 2 directing pins and springs to make the shackle pushed easier. And dual locking levers also ensure that prying is impossible.
Key – Steel key with plastic key bow. Keyed to differ, keyed alike is available.
Keyed alike -2 PCS or more padlocks can be opened by the same key.
7. Packing- Color box or double blister, inner box, big carton
This model is water resistant padlock, can be used in extremely cold weather, For warehouse door, garden door, container, bike and so on.

How about the corrosion resistance ?
After Salt spray testing 96 hours, function is still good. you can open the padlock after 96 hours Salt spray testing. After the corrosion test, the padlock shall operate using a maximum torque on the key of 2.5 Nm.
This corrosion test shall apply to the functionality only (not appearance).
