We have steam heating and electric heating,the user can operate it only to engage the steam or electricity.

2.This equipment collect extraction,vacuum concentration,solvent recovery together and it can realize the operation of normal temperature extraction,low temperature extraction,hot circumfluence,low temperature circumfluence,low temperature concentration and essential oil collection etc. The concentration proportion can get above to1.4 and the temperature can be controlled between 48-100°C freely,so it is especially suitable for some high heat-sensitivity material and some material is sensitive to high temperature.

3.This equipment can configure with PLC control system according to user’s demand and control the parameter during the processing to enhance the production efficiency and quality.

1) Add the solvent once for all, with the consumption lowered by more than 40%. With hot reflux, forced circulation and soxhlet extraction integrated, the solute keeps high gradient in the solvent, increasing the receiving rate by 10 to15%.

2) Connecting and reusing the condenser make the equipment compact-conformed and bring each part into full play. Without increasing investment of the device, Both the reflux and solvent recovery can be reached to good effect.
